West Wind Heads are Cool

I've just finished painting and dipping my first Catachan squad leader, and he looks cool. I'll be sure to post a pic of him up this weekend after he dries. He's the first model I've used an aftermarket metal head from West Wind Productions. It looks great, and helps evoke the Vietnam theme I'm going after despite the fact it's a WWII head.

Take it easy folks- tomorrow is Hobby Night!

  1. saw some of the squad drying on the table at Legio ... looking good. I think the solid catachan green pot helmet works well. don't think i'd need to camo my helmets at all

  4. I just started painting last night and the bulb in my light blew out on me hahahaha. I finished the Sentinel pilot, a sergeant, and a heavy weapons team that I should be able to show off tomorrow (fingers crossed that the dip is dry by then).
